The Heart Session Therapy, It lasts approximately 90 minutes, and includes an introductory talk, and a final feedback space to integrate the experience.
The session integrates sound (music), energy, vibration and Solfeggio frequencies, focusing on the center of the body and the space of vital energy, The Heart.
It is recommended to attend with comfortable clothes and arrive at least 10-15 minutes in advance to start on time. You must bring water, mat (Mat), blanket or other personal element that you consider necessary for your well-being during the session.
Punctuality is essential. Once the start time has arrived, the session cannot start later or be extended, out of respect for the group process and the other participants.
You should not attend under the influence of alcohol or other substances, as well as avoid very heavy meals immediately before the session, to favor a deeper and more conscious experience.
Cancellations and date or time changes can only be made with a minimum of 7 days for a full refund of 100%, or before 72 hours to schedule a new date. After this period, it will not be possible to make modifications or refunds.
